On September 27th the PT EXPO 2017 was grandly opened at the China National Convention center, Beijing. The exhibition was jointly held by China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and China Council for the Promotion of International Trade.
As a leading 5G technology company, Ericsson’s exhibit drew a lot of attention from plenty of government leaders and gained a wide appreciation from the attendees of the exhibition. One part of Ericsson’s exhibition received a little more attention, the wireless transmission and sensor. The system consists of wireless sensors that are placed on various spots of a mountain massif and when an earthquake is detected the sensors will transfer the information to a monitor. In case of a landslide, the system will send messages to the phones of the residents living in the surrounding area.
