Syntronic Chengdu´s R&D team has developed a set of advanced bicycle wheel inspection solutions in the context of a partnership with a world-leading bicycle parts manufacturer. The solutions are based on advanced detection technology.

The unique set of solutions developed by Syntronic’s Chengdu team include strain gauge sensor-based spoke tension detection equipment and single-chip control. This set of solutions can not only detect the performance and quality of the bicycle before it leaves the factory, but also accurately locate abnormalities in faulty bicycles, which simplifies and speeds up the repair process.
